Abstract :The study was carried out in the period of 2003-2005 in Eskişehir and Konya with six triticale cultivars (Tatlıcak-97, Pres-to, Karma-2000, Melez-2001, Mikham-2002 are released in Turkey and Samur Sortu is in Azerbaijan). The objective was to compare the triticale cultivars in terms of plant height, spike length, number of spikelets per spike, number of seeds per spike, seed weight per spike, thousand grain weight, grain yield and protein content. Average values of cultivars in two locations recorded as plant height 112-120.8 cm, spike length 10.4-12.3 cm, number of spikelets per spike 25.1-28.9, number of seeds per spike 51.4-63.2, seed weight per spike 2.0-2.3 g, thousand grain weight 36.4-41.5 g, grain yield 412.06– 518.47 kg/da and protein content 10.9-11.5 %. According to grain yield results, it was determined Mikham-2002 (740 kg/da) and Tatlıcak 97 (540.5 kg/da) in Eskişehir and Melez-2001 (with 569.8 and 376.8 kg/da) in Konya having highest grain yield. Karma-2000 (11.7%)in first year and Presto (11.2%) in second year in Eskişehir and Melez-2001 (12.1%) in both years in Konya had highest rate for crude protein. Possitive and statisticaly significant relation were obtained between grain yield and plant height (r=0.789), spike length (r=0.246), thousand grain yield (r= 0.504).Keywords : Tritikale, tane verimi, protein, Orta Anadolu
