Abstract :In this study, it was investigated to obtain microbumps in potatoes (Solanum tuberosum L. cv. Vangogh) using carbon source and plant growth regulators at different concentrations by tissue culture method. The shoot explants from the plants were cultured in MS nutrient media containing 6 different (2 mg/L KIN or BAP x 1 mg/L IBA or NAA) concentrations and combination growth regulators in media containing 3 different carbon sources (30, 60 and 90 g/L sucrose ) and agar (6 g/L) as a semi-solidifier. Two different photoperiods were applied during the culture period. The experiments were carried out in in vitro condtions according to factorial arrangement of completely randomized design with 4 replications. After 6 weeks from the beginning of the culture, it have been detected that the ratio of forming a single micro tuber varies between 0 to 100%, tuber formation varies between 31 to 38 days, the diameter of the formed microtuber varies between 0.2 to 2.0 mm, and the weight of the microtuber ranged from 0.8 to 50.0 mg. At the end of the study, microtuber were successfully obtained from potatoes in the tissue culture method. Keywords : In Vitro, Oksin, Sitokinin, Solanum Tuberosum, Ticari Şeker
