Abstract :The aim of this study was to determine plant height, forage yield, seed yield, hay yield, crude protein yield and biological yield of 62 barley cultivars and lines during 1999-00 and 2000-01 growing seasons. Average plant height of the genotypes changed between 60.2-92.2 cm (BELT671608/Sl/3/DİCKTOO/CASCADE//HlP/4/72AB89/WA 1245/68 - Baluchistan/Cougbar) over two years. Average green and hay, grain, biomass and crude protein yield were 1332-3117 kg/da (K-273/KS87C37 -657/4865), 457-1033 kg/da (BÜLBÜL/89 - ATHENE//DAR69-735/MLR/3/Sls), 274-634 kg/da (BEMİR-2/Meteor -LİGNEE131/ASTRİX(C)), 557-1330 kg/da (Debut//72AB89/WA 1245-68 - LİGNEE131/ASTRİX(Q) and 39.0-88.3 kg/da (VA 93/42/23 - LİGNEE131/ASTRİX(C)), respectively. While the highest grain, biomass and crude protein yield have been taken from line LİGNEE131/ASTRİX(C), line 657/4865 ve ATHENE//DAR69-735/MLR/3/Sls have out yielded the others interms of green and hay yield, respectively. The first year, six rowed genotypes had great performance according to green forage yield but two rowed lines and cultivars out yielded the farmer in the second year. In general, six rowed genotypes performed better than two rowed ones according to biological and grain yield. Keywords : Hat ve çeşitler, yeşil ot verimi, kuru ot verimi, tane verimi, biyolojik verim, ham protein verimi.
