Abstract :This research was conducted to determine the effects of different boron and iron doses on shoot dry matter, B, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn concentration of durum wheat under controlled grenhouse conditions. The experimental design was ‘Randomized Complete Experimental Design as Factorial’ with three replications and used seven boron doses (0, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16 ppm) and four iron doses (0, 6, 12, 24 ppm). It was found that individual effects of B and Fe and their interaction (BxFe) on B, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn concentration were significant statistically (p<0.01). The increased boron doses resulted higher plant boron concentration whereas increased iron application doses resulted decreased plant Fe concentration after 12 ppm Fe doses. Levels of boron were not affected on ac-cumulation of Fe concentrations. However Fe applications decreased accumulation of boron in plant depend on levels of Fe.Keywords : Bor, Demir, Makarnalık Buğday
