Abstract :In this research, it was aimed to determine and compare the effect of different organic materials (garbage compost, mushroom compost, cattle manure, chicken manure and sludge) on the yield and yield components of wheat (Bezostaja-1). This study was conducted out as a pot experiment under greenhouse conditions with a sandy clay loam soil. The organic mate-rials (0, 30 and 60 t/ha) were added into each pot and were incubated for 15 days. The soils were watered at 70 % of field capacity. At the end of the experiment it was shown that N, P, K, Fe, Cu, Mn and Zn contents of plant increased depending on the organic material applications and these increases were found statistically significant. Sewage sludge is generally the most effective treatmentin increasing N, P, K, Fe, Zn, Cu and Mn content of the leaf, grain and stem samples of the wheat grown. This result was followed by mushroom compost and cattle manure. According to the results sewage sludge and garbage compost were suggested to use as an amendment in soils studied. Keywords : Buğday, mineral madde, çöp kompostu, mantar kompostu, sığır gübresi, tavuk gübresi, kanali-zasyon çamuru
