Abstract :This study was carried out in green house of Çumra Vocational High School, Universty of Selcuk, in 2002. The experiment was conducted in split – plots design in randomised plots with four replications. The aim of this study is to research whether capparis ovata, which grows naturally, can be grown through sprout or not. In investigation herbal caper sprouts were taken from their natural environment in April. IAA, IBA and NAA, the substences regulating growth, were applied for 60 munites ın doses of 500, 1000 and 1500 ppm to stimulate rooting in sprouts in Capparis ovata sprouts, the best rate of rooting was obtained respectively IAA 1000 ppm %33,1, IBA 1500 ppm %32,0 and NAA 1000 ppm %26,5.Keywords : Capparis ovata, büyüme düzenleyici maddeler, vegetatif çoğalma.
