Abstract :This study was conducted to determine the effects of different nitrogen doses and irrigation levels on grain yield, some yield and quality components at winter and spring sowing of "Selçuklu-97” durum wheat variety in Konya eco-logical conditions in 1997-1998 cropping season. In this study, two sowing date (winter, spring), four nitrogen doses (0, 8, 16, 24 kg/da) and three irrigation levels (S0, S1, S2) were used. Experimental design was "split split plots in randomized complete block design” with three replications. Grain yield was 649.6 kg da-1 at winter sowing but 144.5 kg da-1 at spring sowing. The highest grain yield (419.4 and 428.5 kg da-1) was obtained from S2 and N0 applications, respectively. Effect of sowing date, irrigation levels and nitrogen doses was significant statistically on yield and quality attributes. Keywords : Makarnalık buğday, ekim zamanı, sulama, azot, verim, verim unsurları, kalite
