Abstract :The Globalization is a phenomenon in International Relations which is expected to bring a systemic outputs especially in the polarity of International system. The rising powers concept is referred to indicate the states encouraging shifts in power structure of international system In this study the structural realist understanding of globalization and rising powers concept will be evaluated.
