We investigate the efficiency of a yardstick competitive equilibrium and, for empirical significance, present the estimated results of a yardstick competition and voting behavior functions, introducing new elements for evaluating e-governmentKeywords : E-government, Yardstick Competition Model, Policy Evaluation and E-government Evaluation
