Abstract :Two different numerical methods for buckling analysis of laminated composite plates are presented. Main formulations are based on the first-order shear deformation theory (FSDT) have been given. The method of discrete singular convolution (DSC) and differential quadrature (DQ) are employed for numerical solution.
