Resolution process through a court system is a costly, time-consuming activity and could delay the completion of a construction project. Therefore, planned public services might be postponed and both the project cost and the project quality might be adversely affected. The aim is to develop a conflict resolution model by using fuzzy expert systems, establishing a cause and effect relation according to both sides’ opinions. Keywords : Construction laws, Conflict resolution, Fraction defectives, Fuzzy logic, Exper systems
