Abstract :Normal 0 21 false false false TR X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 In this study, the effects of copper and lead applied in form of chloride salts effect on root, shoot and leaf growth of the bean seedling was researched. It was determined that both heavy metals significantly prevented the growth of root, shoot and leaves of seedlings. A parallel relation was observed between an increase in the concentration of the heavy metal salt and rate of inhibition of root, shoot and leaf growth. Extend of the exposing time to heavy metals of seedling lead to more decreasing of root, shoot and leaf growth. It was determined that copper and lead stress is more sensitive the root growths, followed shoot and leaf growth, respectively. It was determined that each other copper and lead to compare, copper had the highest toxic effect. The results subjected to statistics analysis (p<0.05 and p<0.01).
