BULGULAR: Çalışmaya 35’i kadın (% 55,6) 28’i erkek (% 44,4) toplam 63 hasta dahil edildi. Hastaların 31’i (% 49,3) pemfigus, 31’i (% 49,1) pemfigoid grubundaydı. ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE: Autoimmune bullous diseases are a rare group of diseases characterized by the formation of autoantibodies against various autoantigens found in the tissue and serum, affecting the skin and mucous membranes. The aim of this study was to evaluate the demographical and clinical features of patients with autoimmune bullous diseases who applied to the dermatology clinic. MATERIAL AND METHODS: The patients who were diagnosed as autoimmune bullous diseases according to clinical and histopathological findings between the years 2008-2018 were retrospectively analyzed in this study. Patients were evaluated in terms of age, gender, age and localization of the disease symptoms, prevalence of lesions, presence of concomitant diseases and response to the treatment. RESULTS: A total of 63 patients, 35 female (55.6%) and 28 male (44.4%) were included in the study. Thirty one patients (49.3%) were in pemphigus and 31 (49.1%) were in the pemphigoid group. The ratio of cases with pemphigus vulgaris to bullous pemphigoid cases was 1.1. The age of the lesions ranged from 20 to 96 years, with a chronicity ranging from 3 weeks to 110 months. The three most common accompanying diseases were hypertension, diabetes mellitus and neurological diseases, respectively. All patients, except for one patient who did not respond to treatment, had partial or complete improvement. CONCLUSIONS: Pemphigus vulgaris was the most common in the study, but the ratio of pemphigus / bullous pemphigoid was almost equal. Since autoimmune bullous diseases may be associated with various diseases, it is important to investigate in detail before treatment. Keywords : Otoimmün büllü hastalık, pemfigus vulgaris
