Abstract :This research aims to identify the leadership approaches of music teachers who work in schools and to demonstrate the effect of leadership approaches on the consistency of purpose and communication/cooperation in school . It is also the purpose of this research to determine whether the music teachers' leadership approaches vary according to their demographic characteristics. The study was organized into four chapters. In the first part of the study, the purpose of the research, its limitations, and the key definitions of research are explained. In the second part of the study, the concepts of "Leader" and "Leadership" were discussed with the finest details, the leadership styles and theories of leadership were discussed, the differences between leadership and management were examined and the importance of leader's organization was emphasized. In the third part of the study, the researcher's universe and sample are specified, and necessary explanations about the collection and analysis of the data are mentioned. In addition, the findings in the research were evaluated and interpreted. In the fourth part of the study, the results were evaluated and proposals were made to the practitioner and researcher.Keywords : Consistency of Purpose, Communication / Cooperation, Leadership
