Abstract :In this phenomenology study, the opinions of classroom teachers about the mathematics teaching course prepared with digital storytelling applications were examined. Within the scope of the study, the criterion sampling method, one of the purposeful sampling methods, was used and the participants were selected from among the volunteer classroom teachers who actively teach and have the skills to use digital story and multimedia tools in their lessons. Mathematics lessons, which were planned by integrating with the digital storytelling method, were applied in the classrooms together with the teachers, and the teachers\' views on the process were collected through semi-structured interviews. Classroom teachers stated that digital storytelling activities can be used at every stage of the lesson and stated that it is an effective educational tool that can be applied to draw attention to the lesson, to activate prior knowledge, and to implement in-class educational activities related to the educational topic. Similarly, they explained that digital stories can be used in teaching all mathematics subjects in the program, and stated that they can be used in the teaching of numbers and operations, geometry and measurement learning areas in the mathematics program. Classroom teachers suggested that digital stories should be arranged in accordance with the interests and needs of students, that the number of digital stories that can be accessed on various subjects should be increased, and that the subject should be supported with concrete materials while teaching digital stories. Classroom teachers talked about the necessity of student and teacher readiness in conducting mathematics teaching with digital stories and emphasized that technological equipment and material needs should be met in order to realize an effective teaching process. The EBA platform stands out as an effective option to provide classroom teachers with the digital story, in-service training and material support they need. Future academic studies will examine the effects of the mathematics teaching process carried out with digital stories on students\' success, motivation and attitudes, and investigate the digital story creation skills of teachers or pre-service teachers in mathematics teaching will contribute positively to the strengthening of the literature. Keywords : dijital öykü, matematik öğretimi, sınıf öğretmeni
