Abstract :The effective and productive functioning of organizations is only possible by valuing the human element. For this reason, it is important that employees have the necessary motivation as it constitutes the basis of their commitment to the organization, and that employees feel that they are treated fairly and equally in the organization. If employees feel that they are being treated unfairly, they may display many negative behaviors. On this basis, this study primarily addresses the topics of organizational justice and organizational commitment from a conceptual perspective. The study examined the conceptual features of the sub-dimensions of organizational justice and organizational commitment, which were developed on the basis of Adams’ theory of equality. This was followed by the research that was carried out to reveal the organizational justice and organizational commitment levels of employees in organizations and the relations in between them. For this purpose, the research was carried out with the help of a survey based on primary data. The data obtained from 404 participants as a result of the survey conducted in the Kırklareli province was evaluated with the help of the SPSS statistics program. Frequency tables were provided with regards to the demographic characteristics of the participants, and a reliability analysis and factor analysis were performed on the scales for organizational justice and commitment. For the analysis of differences, the t-test, One-Way ANOVA and TUKEY tests were conducted on independent groups. In addition, multiple regression analyses were performed for six models and 18 hypotheses that were developed. Differences in the levels of participation in the scales were identified based on the demographic characteristics of the participants. It was observed that there were participations by employees within the agricultural and trade sectors, in relation to the continuance commitment. In the tested models, the interactions between organizational justice and commitment were revealed. Keywords : Yönetim, Örgütsel Bağlılık, Örgütsel Adalet
